Delivering fair reviews, PIP structure and delivery, legal pitfall scenarios, HR routing matrix, and L3 Certification milestone.

Advanced Leadership & Strategic HR

ADA, FMLA, protected classes, retaliation prevention, the HR routing matrix, and building proactive manager-HR relationships.
Phase 4 · Module 11
Employee relations investigation role, change management, succession planning, talent development, and the "Don't Hoard Talent" principle.
Phase 4 · Module 12
Workforce planning, data-driven decisions, team health metrics, internal mobility targets, and L4 Certification — program completion.
